We had a very very good time. This accommodation was in the central location to nearby attractions along Lakes Cayuga & Scena. Also, it was 1050 min drive from Camping Levesque. The breakfast offered variety of delicious meals. The service was exceptional with an easy check-in.

The executive queen room room was included with bath and an outdoor balcony, as for instance. The hotel was in a central setting to most places. Besides, we were adjacent to shops, restaurants, parking, the restaurant for dinner, college campuses.
We didn't have breakfast, were a little disappointed.

A small but convenient detail: I did like your disposable, solid pieces of soap, and convenient bottles of shampoo - instead of the unpleasant, wall-mounted containers of gel that many hotels these days force their clients to use.
During a heat wave (95 °f) the air conditioning did feel slightly inefficient (presuming/hoping that I had managed to set it to maximum). Upon checking in (on the first evening of my stay, actually after midnight) I was told by your reception that my Master Card does not work. Fortunately, I found a friend whose Visa card worked on first attempt. The next morning I was told that my card after all is OK. Never before (anywhere in the world) has my card failed. It is of course possible that it failed this time. However, I would have appreciated feeling secure even without my friend's serendipitous appearance; i.e. having been given by the hotel a second chance - because you did have my credit number and expiration name, and my name on the card (cf. my passport) for guarantee of legality. OK, it's a wild world; however, for some time I did fear of being kicked out to the street, after midnight and thousands of miles from home.

The rooms were impeccably clean and stylish, with cozy decor. The location was ideal, with access to local restaurants and beautiful walking paths.
Bathroom ventilation could use improvement.

The location of hotel was perfect..walking distance from restaurants and near Cornell.
Room was a little dirty upon arrival (garbage left on floor from previous guest) and our hallway/room location was very noisy. (But I think there was a HS boys' team of some sort near us so there were circumstances...however, walls are thin and pkg lot was right outside our window!)

Location to Ithaca College.
Had to wait for a room after accidentally being assigned to one that had someone else in the room already. Kind of creepy feeling, wondering if the system would allow similar mistakes.

missingWrote a review on 29 Augsmall parking
The parking lot was quite small, which could be a hassle during busy times, forcing guests to use a nearby garage. My first room had a window that faced nothing but a concrete wall, and even after moving to another room, I could hear noises from the adjoining room due to gaps around connecting doors. The on-site restaurant closed for dinner on certain nights, leaving few options available just when you'd want a meal.

Basic room with good location for visiting Cornell
Staff at checkout didnt listen. Parking is in a public garage. Was told it was free at the weekend. It wasn't. Not a huge deal but would have been good to get accurate information

Went to check in at 445 pm and told room not ready because they allowed 60 highs cool students stay until 3. Also waited 15 minutes together to be able to check in. Rugs were dirty, sheets don't stay on bed,air conditioner very noisy as well as fan in bathroom Had stayed there when it was a holiday day inn and so much nicer then Kind of dumpy now and not worth the money In all fairness the manager credited us fifty dollars
